Who can attend Little Lambs?
Every child whose parent is willing to drive them from the surrounding suburbs and Chicago is welcome to attend Little Lambs, if he or she meets the following requirements:
What is the purpose of Little Lambs?
The purpose of the ministry is to provide an inviting preschool environment where Jesus Christ is the center of the program. We want the children, parents, and staff to experience the love and knowledge of Jesus Christ. There are five subject areas in the curriculum that are each 20 minutes in length. They include Bible stories, Christian songs, Creative Learning Lessons, Crafts, and Free Play.

Who are the Staff Members for Little Lambs?
The director is Lynda Clousing. The associate director is Beth Bardolph.
There are 110 volunteers who work weekly with the children, supported by 80 other substitute teachers. Some of the staff participants are certified teachers, and others are volunteers who desire to pass the love of Jesus on to children. All of our teachers are screened and work closely with the Curriculum Coordinator, the Director, the Assistant Director, and the Session Coordinator. They attend a workshop on our Orientation Day, and he or she receives a binder with detailed instructions.

Each curriculum area has its own curriculum coordinator who develops the materials with the Director of Little Lambs.
