As the Director of Little Lambs, I:

Register all of the students either on the phone or receive their forms online and respond to parents’ questions. Send the Parents' Guide upon request
Pray that God will bless us with a staff for the year, and work with the Associate Director in recruiting the staff beginning as early as May
Work with the Associate Director and our committees in planning the curriculum
Send out a mailing to all staff and students who have registered for the semester
Compile the books and hold the September Orientation Meeting for the staff
Write staff notes weekly, and work with Associate Director on newsletter
Keep in contact with Session Coordinators from all five sessions
Work with the music committee and plan the Christmas and Spring Programs
Work on publicity for the ministry
